With Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse now swinging into theaters, let us know what you thought of the highly anticipated sequel!
I don’t know how many people were expecting Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse to become one of the best Spider-Man movies of all-time, but that’s exactly what happened. The first movie’s success set a high standard for the sequel. However, it seems that Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse has risen to the occasion. The Spider-Verse is already off to an impressive start at the box-office, scoring $16 million in Thursday previews.
“After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters the Spider Society, a team of Spider-People charged with protecting the Multiverse’s very existence,” reads the official Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse synopsis. “But, when the heroes clash over how to handle a brand new threat, Miles is pitted against other Spiders and has to set out on his on to save those that he loves. The voices of Shameik, Hailee, Brian Tyree Henry and Hailee Steinfeld are featured in Across Spider-Verse. Also, Jake Johnson, Jason Schwartzman Issa, Karan, Daniel Kaluuya and Oscar Isaac. The film was directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson from a script by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and David Callaham.Related

Beyond The Spider-Verse will be released next year. It’s an engrossing, animated epic that, like its predecessor, proves that imagination is the only limit for these films. In fact, superhero movies will undergo a major transformation between this movie and The flash.
