The new episode of The Arrow in the Head Show looks back at Poltergeist II: The Other Side, starring a creepy reverend and a tequila worm

A new episode of The Arrow in the Head Show has just been released, and in this one hosts John “The Arrow” Fallon and Lance Vlcek are talking about Poltergeist – but not the Tobe Hooper / Steven Spielberg classic from 1982. The Poltergeist movie they’re focusing on in this episode is the 1986 sequel Poltergeist II: The Other Side (watch it HERE), the one with the creepy reverend and the tequila worm. Directed by Brian Gibson from a screenplay written by Michael Grais and Mark Victor, Poltergeist II has the following synopsis: The Freelings have escaped their haunted house, which is now being studied by paranormal investigators, including shaman Taylor. Taylor warns the family of Carol Anne Freeling’s danger when he realizes the Beast is posing as Reverend Kane and knows where she lives. To protect Carol, her father, Steve, and the rest of the family must plot to take down the Beast.

The film stars JoBeth Williams, Jaclyn Bernstein, Craig T. Nelson, Oliver Robins, Heather O’Rourke, Zelda Rubinstein, Will Sampson, Julian Beck, Geraldine Fitzgerald, and Kelly Jean Peters.

After many years of working behind the scenes we have decided to bring our sarcastic and booze-influenced style to the video age. The–Arrow in the Head Show is the result. Hosted by John Fallon aka The Arrow and Lance Vlcek, we will dig into not only the newest horror flicks hitting the big and small screens but also delve into the good, bad, and ugly of horror from the golden ages of the ’80s through the underrated 90s and maybe a bit beyond.

Something groovy and a tad rough around the edges, we are here to talk shop with a drink in hand, a bit of foul language, and a whole lot of heart.
