When I realized that sustainable needs to start from the source and the existed fast fashion brands are too powerful for independent brands to shake the consumption trend. We need more supports and actions. Thats why I started my own label.

If you could go back and tell yourself one thing before beginning your career what would it be?

Focus on one part of the design and make it excellent.

How do you want your clients to feel when wearing a your brand pieces and in what occasions can be worn?

What you wear reflect what you value. I hope the people who wear my brand pieces hold the same value as we do, and feel special because every piece is one of kind. They can wear it in the evening party or any occasion they want to demonstrate their personality and what they value.

Can you tell us how your collections make a difference to help more the environment?

ZHUO is a brand for sustainable clothing and fashion accessories. It is challenging the traditional definition of fashion materials fabrics. ZHUO is a Chinese word with multiple layered meanings: polish, refine and think. The name signifies the opposite of fast fashion.
