YouTube sensation Markiplier will direct, write, and star in an adapation of David Szymanski’s horror video game Iron Lung.
Markiplier is breathing easy now that production for Iron Lung is underway. The content creator, entrepreneur, will direct, write and star in a new horror film based off the video game created by David Szymanski. Markiplier is self-financing the adaptation, with Will Hyde and Jeff Guerrero also producing.
Szymanski’s Iron Lung video game is a brief interactive experience in which players pilot a tiny submarine through an ocean of blood on an alien moon. Sounds like fun to me, eh! Production for the Iron Lung movie is already happening in Austin, Texas.
