Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor, a prequel to Hell House LLC, has officially started filming!
Back in October, Terror Films announced that writer/director Stephen Cognetti is set to continue his found footage Hell House LLC franchise with the prequel Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor – and over the weekend, Cognetti took to social media to confirm that Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor is now filming!
Terror Films refers to Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor as “the first chapter of what will become known as the Hell House LLC Origin Films”, so it sounds like we’ll have multiple Hell House LLC prequels to look forward to. The first one will show the events that unfold when a group of cold-case investigators stays at the Carmichael Manor in the 1980s, the site of the grisly murders of the Carmichael Family. The group never returned after four nights. What is discovered on their footage is even more disturbing than anything found on the Hell House tapes.Cognetti has written and directed every entry in the
Hell House LLC franchise, which began in 2015. Hellhouse LLC quickly became known as one of the most popular found footage movies. While I’m not a big fan of found footage, I must admit that Hellhouse LLC is actually quite good. I wasn’t as impressed by the 2018 sequel, Hellhouse LLC II: The Abaddon Hotel and haven’t yet seen the 2019 entry, Hellhouse LLC III: Lake of Fire. You may be a fan of Hellhouse LLC
and you might be happy to hear that Hellhouse LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor has begun filming. Leave a comment to let us know what you think. The exact date or month of the release has not been announced yet, but it wouldn’t surprise me if the movie premiered in October, right in time for Halloween. This is especially true since the franchise began with a movie that was based on a Halloween haunted attraction.
