The good doctor Frasier crane is returning to Paramount+. The show’s star is eager to spread the good vibes once again. I’m listening. The former NBC sitcom

Frasier

was able to transcend being just a spin-off of the equally popular Cheers as Dr. Frasier Crane starts life anew in Seattle. He is forced to live in a stressful situation because he is a radio DJ and has a strained relation with his father. The show won 37 Emmys in total during its run. The sitcom was a family drama with a focus on mental health. It also had incredibly heartfelt moments. And because of the handling of its heavy themes, there was much catharsis in the intimately written poignant moments. Now that Frasier

is getting a revival on the streaming service, Paramount+, the show’s star, Kelsey Grammer, speaks about the continuing wholesome message that the life of Frasier Crane exudes. According to IndieWire, Grammer had given an interview at The Independent when he said that Frasier was a way to put out positivity. “The ethics of Frasier – the study of good, let’s say – was important to us. It seemed important to all the people that were involved in the original one, and it has remained important in the show today.”Grammer continued,

Frasier has been my ministry, you could say. He is trying to spread love and tolerance in the world. These are powerful words but they’re often used to manipulate people. I think that tolerance is a beautiful concept. Not really realized in our country’s behavior, but still an admirable goal.” Details of the revival remain a mystery, but Grammer insists it is not a sequel but rather a new entity, with Frasier as the central character. “This isn’t a spin-off. It’s more like a third or fourth act. A spin-off of a spin-off.”The classically-trained actor even thinks this revival has the potential to surpass what the original Frasier

has been able to accomplish. Grammer praised the new cast of this series despite the inevitable return of some actors. By the middle of the second episode, I thought ‘Son, this guy is a stud. He’s doing it. He’s like Frasier’s kid. Wow.’ I think it’s going to be a great find for people. There’s some new people on the show to really fall in love with, and arguably it may even be funnier.”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ig98KkJRn3A
