Tom Holland selected a more recent Spider-Man movie as his favorite, saying he’s “proud of everyone involved.”

Tom Holland has picked his favorite movie of all of the Spider-Man flicks…And no, he didn’t pick one of his own — and he certainly didn’t go with Spider-Man 3…

As per The Associated Press, Holland landed on a more recent entry as his favorite Spider-Man. “I think the first Spider-Verse movie is the best Spider-Man movie that has ever been made. I am so proud everyone involved. Amy Pascal is my mother. I was supposed go with her to be her date. I was working here and couldn’t leave. But I am incredibly proud of both of them. I’m looking forward to the second. I’m sure it’ll live up to all expectations, and I can’t wait to see.”

Tom Holland is not alone in picking 2018’s Into the Spider-Verse as his favorite of all Spider-Man movies, as it stands as one of the most well-received animated films ever and ranks incredibly high on Letterboxd, the popular website where movie lovers share ratings and reviews.
