was revealed at the Star Wars celebration last week. Both movies and tv series were announced. Will these projects reach the audience they need to? Some are concerned about why this is happening and where the series will go next. One issue could be that future Star War projects won’t have the iconic star at the helm. Star Wars actor since The Clone Wars, compared to George Lucas? According to an unnamed producer who spoke with The Hollywood Reporter: “They don’t even have a George…Kathy doesn’t count.” Filoni is kinda the closest at this stage.”Despite this, Star Wars is going hyperdrive for its future, with a new trilogy centered around Daisy Ridley’s Rey, a number of spin-offs and more on the docket. The movies do not have official release dates yet, but rough timelines are available. For example, James Mangold’s film, starring Timothee Chalamet, is set to shoot in the summer, so his film can’t start until at least next year.
